Ann was discovered when she was performing in an event for Vogue's fashion with her group. Within a matter of a few days and a half, the editor-in-chief Diana Vreeland commissioned Ann to shoot her first Vogue Cover with photographer Richard Avedon. Ann then became one the top models across the United States, appearing on covers for the biggest fashion magazines. These include Vogue Bazaar as well Cosmopolitan. In the space of two years, Ann hit the international markets with her successful modeling throughout Europe as well as Japan as the face for big brands in the cosmetic industry like Max Factor Revlon and Chanel.
